Was recommended to see Emma and am so happy I did. I had a therapeutic massage and it was much more than I expected it would be, she was so lovely and I'll be returning for sure. I was having a problem with my left hip which was very sore when I walked up steps and woke me up during the night if I slept on my left side. I thought it might be the onslaught of arthritis as my dad had three hip ops but when Emma gave me a massage she found that my glut muscles were really tight and causing me pain. She did a lot to relieve the problem but unfortunately couldn't continue her magic as we're separated by the Cook Strait. Since then I have been going to a regular exercise class and am delighted to confirm Emma's diagnosis that the problem was muscular and has greatly improved so much that any discomfort has almost disappeared. Well done Emma!
