Aorere Playcentre is a licensed early childhood education centre at 12 Orion Street, Collingwood, overlooking the Aorere River. It serves tamariki aged 0 to 6, with parents attending alongside their children as first educators. The centre follows the Ministry of Education's bicultural curriculum, Te Whāriki, offering areas of play across free and child led exploration. Sessions run Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings.
