Aroha Health Spa is a massage and bodywork spa at 792 Abel Tasman Drive, Pōhara, near the gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. Founded in 2015 by Berdina Brinkman, the spa offers relaxation and deep tissue massage, facials and reflexology from a team of qualified practitioners. Appointments are recommended, and the premises offer onsite parking with wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance.

Was treated to a 60 min facial & reflexology session while on a long birthday weekend with my husband. Jane was an amazing therapist, the room was so tranquil & the products were beautiful. I left there feeling very relaxed & pampered. Excellent value also. Can highly recommend this spa & Jane & will definitely book another session when visiting the region.

Simple kind of Luxury i love. The private spa was absolutely amazing. Soo relaxing. Really nice atmosphere. Staff were very kind and welcoming. I feel relaxed and zen after leaving there.
