I was very impressed with the service I recently received from Bays Boating Ltd. Michael, the service manager, sorted out the warranty issues and repair of my Minn Kota in a very efficient manner and with a smile. He went above and beyond answering my technical questions and with advice for the ongoing waterproof protection of the unit. Everyone I encountered on my visits there was friendly and welcoming.
