I have used Chris, Swanny and their team for a number of large and small projects, both residential and commercial. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and the quality of their work. The workmanship is of the highest level, and they clearly thrive on complex challenges, evidenced by some of the stunning projects they have completed. Equally as important, they are a team of really approachable good people, something that goes a very long way when you are spending weeks or months with them on your site. I recommend Chris and the team for any building job. They are definitely our go to for all projects.

Very happy with the experience with Chris and the team. Firstly the estimate Chris gave us at the beginning was accurate, the guys were quick to mobilise, the work was done quickly, finishing was great, problem solving on site due to old house was easy and little extras we added were happily accommodated. I would highly recommend Chris and the team.

Chris Butler Builders did a great job building our new house. Chris was a delight to work with. He and Swantje communicated well at every stage, and we could see the care with which Chris paid attention to organising things and ensuring the build was done well. He had a great team working for him who took pride in their work and we could see he had good relationships with the subbies on the job. I would not hesitate to contract him again

Outstanding builders, stacks of experience and creative ideas as you go. A genuine team of good sorts too. Have done a one off design new build and more recently extensive renovations with CBB and highly recommend for either. You really know Chris is looking out for your best interests and keeps things on track - from design, practicality and cost perspectives. Knowing they've done such a lot of higher end architectural work, i was amazed that the full renovation of an absolutely cooked 110 year old villa came in on budget. Multiple people, including several builders and draftsmem had told me to only approach the unsightly specimen with a bulldozer. We did it for bang on the middle of Chris's initial estimate range - with about 25k of extra 'nice to haves' we hadn't accounted for (heat pumps, two decks, double glazed windows in bedrooms) and a generally way better finish than anyone thought possible. What was intended to be a healthy home compliant rental has become my lovely home.. i blame the Chris's, Jesse and Swantje for this. Thanks very much.
