I was on holiday and decided I needed a treat to help me recover from all the holiday sports. I found Kirsten and luckily she had a gap. One of the best hours of my holiday. Thoroughly recommend. She straightened out my overworked old lady body. If I lived in the Nelson area I would definitely rebook.

I have had the best deep tissue massage and also Thai yoga massage with Kirsten. I'm currently training for an ultra trail marathon, and Kirsten has helped me so much. Sore and tight muscles are gone, much better mobility, feeling amazing. I absolutely loved the Thai yoga massage as well, especially because it helps to loosen up my tight hips. I can highly recommend Kirsten. Very warm & welcoming, Kirsten, you are the best 🤗⭐️

I had been dealing with a lower back injury for about 3 weeks and had been to a physio, chiropractor, doing everything I should have been doing to support my recovery i.e. stretches, resting, massage ball, applying heat etc. But it wasn't until I saw Kirsten and got a deep tissue massage that I felt the best I had felt since injuring myself. Highly recommend, Kirsten has helped my recovery so much which has allowed me to get back into the thing I love doing the most which is being active!!!

I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when adjusting various parts of my body and stretching or massaging based on my needs, and in a way that can actually help my pain points feel better. Great pressure, great technique, The atmosphere was perfect, and my body feels incredibly rejuvenated. She was amazing! Attentive, a great listener and communicator, working out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even, know was possible! I wish I could afford to see her every week! She knows her stuff! Walked out feeling brand spankin’ new. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Kirsten gave me an incredible massage a couple weeks ago, very friendly easy to talk to, always checking pressure was right. It was a wonderful experience. Came away feeling amazing and very relaxed. Highly recommend!
