Five stars + more for Janine! She went out of her way to help me figure out my hardware problem. In the end, it was complicated and she suggested I send it back to the manufacturer. Changed my laptop as it was getting too old. Free Up My Time did everything for me. Buying it, making sure it was suitable for what I would be doing, setting it up, the change over has been seamless and she even set up a tablet that I have had for ages but couldnt use and now sourcing a cover and keyboard for the tablet, plus giving me some much needed training.
