About
Garden House is a boutique cafe, farm shop and venue on Kina Peninsula in the Nelson Tasman region, growing fresh produce on the family farm and overlooking the Moutere inlet. The Lawn is a landscaped ceremony garden with a lily pond, hosting small weddings, birthdays and bridal parties. The farm shop cafe serves homestyle baking, barista coffee and real fruit ice-creams, while the private Garden Suite offers accommodation for two near the beach.

Exceptional garden and environment. It really feels like you are transported to an alternative reality, a feiry tale. Truly spectacular. Worth a detour. Coffee was good. Food was just ok, very limited choice + cheese scones were undercooked, unfortunately.

Local favourite! Best pork pie in New Zealand, excellent coffee and muffins. The garden's are gorgeous (my mother in law spent hours walking around photographing flowers). The owners are friendly and it's become a real community hub.

Really tranquil setting with beautiful gardens and a great view. Plenty of parking and great coffee. A bit pricey which would put me off returning often.

It is not open 24/7. Do not go expecting Starbucks. This spot is far superior. Nestled away, it takes effort to reach - and it's worth it. The cream scone was a piece of heaven on a plate. I enjoyed my flat white - and I'm a flat white snob. So yeah, seek this spot out. It's delightful and delicious.
