Heavenly Creatures Grooming is a home-based dog and cat grooming studio in Richmond, run by Gaenor, a former veterinary nurse who qualified in 1994 at Onderstepoort, University of Pretoria. Grooms are by appointment only, with cats and dogs groomed separately in a calm, quiet environment. Services include puppy grooms, full grooms, deshedding, nail clipping, dematting, and flea treatments, using high-quality products.

Absolutely delighted to have discovered Heavenly Creatures! Gaenor was simply wonderful with our Maine Coon boy. He was bathed, dried, trimmed and dematted, and she even took videos of him purring while it all happened. I was so happy to collect a happy, calm, non-traumatised, and beautifully groomed boy. Thank you - we will be back :)
