This is the second time I have dealt with this company and the communication and ability to fit me in when needed was flawless! Lorna is so lovely and I felt she was putting in a lot of effort to ensure I was happy with the final result! Tom is also an incredible asset to the team and was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. If needed, I will always choose them in the future. :)

We recently had a broken waterpipe flood the living room overnight, causing a fair amount of damage. Becaue Tom is flood and insurance certified, he was able to project manage the whole situation for us, including dealing with the insurance company. This was such an incredible help, as we had a family member who had just been discharged from hospital after surgery, and it really took a lot of the stress out of the situation. Tom was able to dry the initial flood-damaged area, and will be back to give the carpets a final clean once the other repair work is done. Tom and Lorna are kind, helpful and cheerful people, who do a professional job to an incredibly high standard, and our family would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
