I had an issue with a leak meaning i had to turn my water off. First two companies I called didn't have any options such as an out of hours call out to try and help (including the company who did the work originally and my local company) but these guys made sure someone could come later in the day even though they were all booked up. Followed up the next day. Will now be first company i call.
