ProHill Plumbing & Gas is a locally owned plumbing, gas fitting and sheet metal fabrication business serving Motueka and the surrounding area, including Lower Moutere. Owner Ian Hill is fully certified in plumbing and gasfitting and has over a decade of experience with a particular focus on gas work. The team also carries out new builds, renovations, maintenance and chimney cleaning with fire safety checks.
Had our rain water collection system upgraded, new gutters and spouting into established tank. Prompt and reasonable quote and work completed far quicker than expected (two weeks from quote to completion). Incredibly friendly team, would highly recommend.

We have used Ian services for some major work twice. Both times excellent. The most recent time was critical water issue under a concrete driveway. Where other firms tried to take advantage of situation Ian not only reacted quickly and above and beyond but also charged a reasonable fee for doing an excellent job in exceptional circumstances. I was very impressed with ProHill Plumbing from the start. Quick initial response and quote turnaround. Ian and Nick expertly managed the tricky job of removing our old gas hot water heater and installing a new electric hot water cylinder in a very tight space. Ian’s knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional; he clearly discussed all options and kept me updated on progress throughout the job. The service was very professional and compete with a hi quality of workmanship, including the arranging of other trades and making good the roof penetration with new tiles where the flu was removed. They were very tidy workers and disposed of all the waste when the job was complete. A great job, well done. Easy to deal with. I will be using ProHill again in the future. Highly recommended.
