Nick is a fantastic property manager, if not the best I have had since I started my rental portfolio forty years ago. He is always readily available, highly professional yet personable and friendly, and very easy to work with. He was also excellent in supporting me to make decisions when I upgraded the property in between tenants recently and organised quotes and for the work to be done, which was very much appreciated - he really went the extra mile, including then securing a good tenant. Where possible, Nick also addresses issues himself rather than getting others to do the job, which has been great. He keeps me well informed about things that need attention as soon as he is aware of them and suggests helpful steps I should take to prevent future costly repairs. He can recommend good tradespeople and others to ensure any work undertaken at my property is of a high standard. I fully recommend Nick to others :)
