Pure Opulence Day Spa

Usually I only get gel nails once a year because I've never once had them removed without the technician scraping the top layers off and leaving my nails so damaged they break for the next few months. Having had them done in a different town it was time for me to get them removed and I had low expectations, never having had a good experience even once with this, but the amazing young lady (Jade, I think??) Was SO careful and gentle on my nails taking great care to leave them without the slightest bit of damage and really providing quality service. This is how nail salons used to be back before the big "nail factory" chain franchises took over. Please support local and go with quality, kiwi run businesses. Diamond Nails and the likes push you in and out with as little expense to themselves as possible and don't care about what happens after you pay and walk out. I would say you get what you pay for, but in this case it doesn't cost any extra to get great quality, knowledgeable and caring service, great products and support local. So happy with my healthy nails!

I had such a great experience at this Pure Opulence Day Spa.The staff were incredibly understanding and knowledgeable about skin concerns. They took the time to listen to my issues, recommended treatments, and explained everything clearly before starting. I noticed a real improvement in my skin after just a few visits.
