My wife and I have been able to own our first home in New Zealand thanks to the incredible support from Signature Homes New Zealand. From the very beginning, their team was highly professional and detail-oriented—guiding us through planning and design until we were completely satisfied. Throughout the construction process, they provided weekly updates, which was extremely helpful since we couldn’t visit the site often. Even after completion, their support didn’t stop. Whenever we had questions or needed help, they were always willing to come by and assist us with a friendly and respectful attitude. We are truly grateful and couldn’t be happier with our new home. We just finished building our first home with Signature Homes and honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went! From the start, the team were all amazing. Going into it, we were pretty nervous about building as we didn’t have much prior knowledge about the process, but everyone at Signature was so helpful, supportive and made everything a lot easier to understand. Our project manager Tristan was awesome, he kept us well up to date on progress and was super communicative throughout the whole process. We absolutely love our home and the way Signature helped to make it our own! Would 100% recommend Signature and their team!

Right from the very first inquiry I made through to the handover at the end, the team at Signature Homes has been amazing, very supportive and professional. I had very minimal questions as the team guided me through the process smoothly and answered anything I may have needed to ask before I had thought of it. I found the build process very easy and stress-free thanks to the fabulous team looking after me. The communication through the process was great and I enjoyed the weekly build updates.
