I first met Carla after attending a couple of her workshop last year at the chamber of commerce, I found her to be warm and passionate about a subject that I find incredibly dull and foreign to me- numbers! After this I had vowed to improve my book keeping habits... Alas, my ignorance and fear of anything to with accounts prevailed and apart from an annual visit to my accountant I pretty much had no idea about my cash flow. I run a small picture framing business so I needed to change this. I approached Carla as I knew she could help me get a better grip on my accounts, and she helped me to set up and maintain my xero account. She is patient and super helpful, even coming to my house for one on one training. It's been a game changer for me, to allow me to continue to learn and reduce the fear around making a mistake, knowing she is on hand for advice should i need it. I've loved doing Carla's 'Let's Talk Numbers' financial management course for small businesses over the past year - I feel so much more confident with my bookkeeping & I'm much more organized with it all because I have super helpful checklists & processes to refer to! Last year there was no rush with getting everything together for my tax return for once, I have everything filed electronically in ONE PLACE & I invoice clients MUCH more regularly - all as a result of the training, expert help & guidelines from Let's Talk Numbers.
