Alesha is amazing! Highly recommend her pregnancy massages - she made me feel very comfortable in what was an incredibly uncomfortable time! 3 massages from her, at least 2 of the massages, she managed to make me feel so at ease and relaxed that I fell asleep!

Alesha creates a sense of safety and gentleness in her massage studio. After listening to you and making sure you are comfortable, she very attentively responds to any aches or pains. She is thoughtful and considerate and her massage technique is highly proficient. I have found my appointments to be encouragingly effective in pain management and nervous system support. I am always left feeling well cared for and incredibly relaxed, and would wholly recommend her to anyone 😊

Amazing, wonderful, serene, sincere, deeply nourishing and delicious. Just a few words to describe how I feel about my massages that I have received from Alesha. I am very grateful that I could experience pregnancy and postpartum massages that really met my needs as a tired mother in my journey of creating life, recovering from birth, breastfeeding two children and reconnecting with myself. Alesha provides a luscious space, she is tender and immaculately tuned in to the details. She comes from a place of knowing, asking questions and being her natural, helpful beautiful self. Alesha has been visiting regularly as a house fairy too and supporting my children (and me) with the adjustment to sharing myself once my second child came along. It helped ease the stresses of parenting and household responsibilities. My children love her and she’s become a great friend. We look forward to her visits. I am so grateful for Alesha's gentle and nourishing support. I have been to her Birth Wisdom group, where she holds a beautiful space for Mama's, Papa's and anyone interested in birth to hear and share stories and wisdom. I have borrowed numerous insightful books from her birth library. I have been lucky to receive pregnancy massage from Alesha, and feel so much trust in her body knowledge of the hapū māma. Alesha has also offered me support with pregnancy nutrition and what to think about preparing for after birth. I highly recommend her services as a doula and massage therapist. Edit: post birth addition. Alesha was a most incredibly supportive doula at our birth. She had that magic way of knowing exactly what needed to be done and gently doing it. Alesha came by with supportive herbs and goodies after the birth and continues to support me with connection and answering questions about motherhood. We are so grateful to have had Alesha at the birth of our little girl.

From the moment I arrived in the lovely room I felt relaxed. The set up is warm & welcoming & it was instant relief from the 'outside' world. The experience was wonderful, & Alesha is a great massage therapist. I appreciated all the attention to detail & I highly recommend.
