My daughter secretly booked an appointment for me to get my hair cut, coloured and blow waved! (Lucky I know 🥰). Even luckier to have been looked after by Flo and Mella! Actually all the girls in the salon were lovely. They were genuinely excited for each other’s clients, took pride in their work, and had fun - the positivity radiates through the salon from the moment you walk through the door. I love my new hairstyle, it’s exactly what I pictured! Thanks team ❤️

I’m not really one for giving reviews but in this circumstance, I feel I must. After a long drawn out neck injury and a lack of confidence in my what used to be a stylistic type. I picked up the phone and called tonic. Only by shear luck of Google search it bought me to this salon. I explained to the owner who was absolutely lovely, that I needed a revamp. She decided to pair me with Floraine. It had been a while since being out and I was nervous. Weird I’m so open and confident….. but had been knocked back by my injury. There were times I was going to cancel, I didn’t. So glad I didn’t. This lovely of loveliest French woman greeted me with such enthusiasm and warmth. I felt instantly comfortable in her decision making for my hair. We talked and discussed what I needed from this style. Her words “I got you”. The care and and extraordinary talent at styling is a complete gift. One she has lived since being a child. (Good story that one) she was very caring of my comfort and cared for me with protecting my neck at all times, propping me up with cushions and supporting my neck while washing my hair. The result. Perfection with that French flair. You will not be disappointed with Floraine. An absolute gem of a woman who fiercely loves what she does. Thank you tonic. My rebuild is that one step closer.

Such a lovely place to get my hair done! I've gotten my hair done at many other places in Nelson but this is my absolute favorite from now on x Alyssa was so lovely and I am completely in love with my hair! Thank you so much will definitely come again
