Trubet Building and Maintenance

We had an urgent problem and dealt with both of the new owners yesterday to get the problem resolved. They were wonderful. Our garage door opener was misbehaving badly and nothing we tried fixed the problem. Gave Trubet a call and spoke to Mac. After explaining the symptoms, Mac explained in enough detail for me to understand the reason we were having the issue (common with older units) and also, importantly, understand why there was no option but to replace the opener since it was 20 years old. He promised to get it done in the next day or two. Instead, the other owner, Dave, called just a few hours later and said he could come immediately if that suited. It did, and he had all the new gear needed to replace our old system. Even better than that, for no extra cost he noticed that our door was not properly aligned with the tracks and he fixed that by shifting the tracks to the right position, oiled the whole thing, and tested it to see it then worked properly, smoothly and quietly. What a difference it made. Such service as it probably took an extra half hour for all that work but he was happy to do it. Highly recommend Trubet as these guys are definitely wanting to make the customer happy.

Stuart and his team just finished the second stage of a 62m flat for me, the whole job went well and the result was good, it looks great. This is the third building trubets has done for me. The first was a skyline garage 15m x 6m back in the early 2000's. The second was a 117m2 4 bedroom lockable shell that I finished out myself back in 2010. The third was a 62m2 lockable shell in 2017/18, which I left as storage but have just had it finished out by trubets (2023/4). This was challenging due to the council, (resource consents) but trubets was great and patient. I am very pleased with the result. Thankyou Trubets for delivering a quality product . What I can say is that over twenty years and three buildings, I have had good service and a good product and on that basis recommend them.

The guys at Trubets have been wonderful to deal with. Great workmanship with the alterations to the kitchen area in my campervan. Thank you Lance. Trubets arranged other services, e.g, gas fitter and electrican. Unfortunately there was a short time delay in the completion of the job due to staff accident and sickness. Stuart was great with any requests in regards to updates on progress. I found them very professional to deal with. Thanks Trubet

Just had a skyline garage built in Pohara Right from the onset I found Stuart and Beth absolutely brilliant to deal with everything was explained perfectly even which the consents issues with the council. The team of guys were outstanding very professional and polite Murray and Roy with the foundation and concrete work. Joel Matt & Drew with the building work & Steve with the garage door installation. Would highly recommend the Trubet team to anyone requiring great builders
