Oh my goodness what an amazing experience we had with tuffnell. From 1st ringing to the completion of the job, their service was quick, easy and efficient, which for an elderly person is so important. A special shout out to Matt who did an amazing job explaining everything as he went and giving my mum options. He also kept in mind cost and ease of payment. Friday 3pm. Remove a screw from a wall just below the ceiling. Water erupts like a volcano in my face. What the???? Panic sets in. Old mate shuts the Toby box down. Shock and horror at water everywhere - let alone what do we do now? If this happens to you - just take one simple step - call Team Tuffnell - they responded rapidly with support and a solution and we knew Friday would finish calmly. THANKS TEAM.

Genuinely blown away by our experience with these guys this morning. Kitchen tap had corroded and literally blew a hole, spraying water everywhere. We went & got the new tap, but ofcourse not knowing how to install etc. we called Tuffnell and they had the job done & were gone 15 minutes after arriving, not a rip to my bank at all unlike other plumbing businesses around here. Great work & outstanding customer service, thank you guys!! :)
