Apartment.12 is a clothing and design store in Richmond Mall, Richmond. It is home to Nelson owned and operated label Thing Thing Clothing, which has produced menswear and womenswear from Aotearoa New Zealand since 2012, using quality fabrics and unique shapes. The store also stocks gifting brands from New Zealand and abroad, alongside in-house brands Rose Road, The Goodnight Society and Homelee.

Very pleased to have discovered this shop! Lovely range of stuff and nice to shop somewhere different to the huge chain stores in the mall. The young woman who served me was very nice and chatty, maybe could have followed me around less but I also understand you're just doing your job.

Love this shop so much! It鈥檚 just what Nelson/Richmond needs. I brought the most gorgeous jacket today. I can鈥檛 wait to shop here for more beautiful items for my wardrobe. All the ladies here have been so helpful and accommodating to me the past 2 days. I鈥檓 absolutely thrilled and LOVE my new winter coat. Thankyou x
