Ive recently sold a high end beachfront property through Bayleys , even though it had only listed for a week with Bayleys before it sold .......however it was actually the agent Matt Galvin who had done all the ground work and marketing of the property previously to listing with Bayleys. Matt Galvin comes highly recommended by myself , he is focused , diligent , hard working and a man of integrity when it comes to selling and negotiating with purchasers. After many years of buying and selling real estate both here and in Australia and dabbling in spec building , developments ,and recently subdivisions, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Matt and i want to publicly thank him for his sterling effort at selling my property well above the asking price .
