About

Bayyoga is a charitable, not-for-profit community organisation in Tākaka, Golden Bay, run by the Bay Yoga Education Trust. Classes are affordable, open to all, and there are no membership fees, with options including Yoga For Men, Salute The Sun and Golden Age chair yoga for older participants. The trust also offers meditation and Somatic Experiencing practices as part of its Community Wellbeing Program.

I start doing yoga lesson with Debora a few years ago and she a great teacher and each time I visit takaka I book in more lesson with her and I found doing yoga really help my flexible and I found when I keep doing yoga it great to learn more yoga pose and get better at it . I would highly recommend Debora as a yoga teacher.I also had one her Thai massage and they are really awesome and I highly recommend getting one she knows what she doing.

Sweet little Yoga Studio in the heart of Takaka. Absolutely loved it and would recommend to stop by if you are visiting the Bay, have a coffee afterwards, all walking distance.
