Stopped for a coffee on our way to Buller Gorge. Great little pit stop with good coffee and loads of lunch options. Cakes and sandwiches looked delicious. My husband enjoyed a venison pie.

now, this cafe is the best place to stop, its always busy which is a good sign, and the prices here are incredibly affordable. There's a huge range of Gluten-free food, both in the cabinet and on their menu. I wish there were cafes like Beechwoods all around the country. Loads of parking space. Always stop here for lunch on our way to Nelson. On this stop hubby ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a flat white I ordered a gluten free/keto vege quiche and a chai latte. We both enjoyed it all and appreciated the attentive, helpful service. Will definitely be back.

Recently visited for coffee which was lovely and a week later went back with a group of 29. Excellent tasty and plentiful main course and desert. Staff very friendly with loads of local knowledge. We also had takeaway lunches - yummy. We will be back again
