I was most impressed with the service I got from Jack at Bridgestone Tyre Centre in Richmond today, not only was he helpful and friendly but he was also knowledgeable and accommodating. While I was waiting I observed that he provided this same service to other clients. It is most refreshing to do business with an organization that is customer focused. Thank you Jack.

We just changed the tires and Simon helped us very well. He was really kind. We went one day and he checked the car, gave us his advice on what he would do, and we booked an appointment for the next day (Saturday morning, they were open). We waited about half an hour, and he kindly offered us a drink from the machine at the reception. The price of the tires included the balance and everything, and it was quite affordable!
