It's BK so it's the same food as every other BK but there was no que sk it was fast but there no ice in the drinks machine. They filled it up but most certainly made sure everyone could hear them doing it with ice flying all over the place. But it is what it is. Fast food.

Polite staff. Clean premises. Fries are as good, crisp and not over salted. And for the price the burgers are fine. Plus the kids love the king meals and having 3 choices.

I don't feel the average score of this establishment is a fair representation of BK Richmond currently. The food was above expectations, place was clean and tidy. Happy experience... One massive kudos also go to Jack and the crew there. I did have a missing part of my order that was corrected immediately and without fuss. A leader and team that can adapt like that is impressive! I'll be back!
