Absolutely spectacular. The food is sensational, the people are phenomenal, and the only sour note was some clown who came in and ranted about how to pay for a phone order. Absolute tool of the highest order but the staff handled the situation superbly. Well done. But the food - superb. Highly recommend, and we will be back REPEATEDLY. Well done team.

Chai-Yo Thai in Richmond is a cozy spot with a welcoming vibe. I especially enjoyed their Pad Thai—it’s flavorful, well-balanced, and hits that perfect sweet-savory spot. We ordered a catering of red curry for a wedding and it was delicious. Our guest really liked the spicy curry and everything around the order and pick up went without problems. We can strongly recommend the food at Chai Yo.

I love the cream cheese rolls they are so crispy with a delicious soft gooey filling, the creamy coconut curry on crunchy chicken is a must try. Wonderful food with good service. Family friendly and a good place to take kids.

We went out for dinner here the other night, and the food was great, and the service was amazing! The robot was pretty fun, too. I ordered a spicey dish and asked for medium, but my medium and their's are very different, and I couldn't eat it. (too hot) They were so understanding and knocked the heat out for me. Awesome guys, we'll, be back!
