Promptly sold. Ben gave me a market comparison of similar homes for sale and sold which lines up with my own research. Marketing was excellent and I was particular impressed with the photos and video presentation for my listing where Ben sold the unique aspects of my home which made my property stand out above others. Property inspections and open homes were organised and made by appointment and Ben always provided feedback from buyers. A quick sale resulted and Ben continued to provide great support though out the entire process. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
