Elevation Cafe, Bar and Restaurant Motueka

Such a good Vietnamese spot! The food was delicious and tasted very similar to what I had back in Vietnam. Got take away and loved it — definitely coming back again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Pho and Fantastic Coffee! We stopped by Elevation for lunch on a busy Saturday and were so glad we did. I was surprised to find a full Vietnamese menu alongside classic cafe food, and it did not disappoint. The beef Pho was absolutely incredible—the broth was so authentic and packed with flavor. My partner had the loaded burrito from the cabinet and a flat white, which was perfectly made. The atmosphere was super relaxed. The staff were very warm and welcoming, even though the place was buzzing. Plus, having dedicated parking out back made it stress-free to pull off the main road. We will definitely be back next time we pass through Motueka!

I’m a Vietnamese American who has traveled NZ for two years. So far, Elevation has the best pho soup I’ve had in a South Island small town. Great tasting soup, noodle texture, and a good amount of chicken. Not many Vietnamese restaurants in NZ serve chicken pho (beef is much more common) so try it here! The Vietnamese iced coffee is really nice too. Chinh and Huy are lovely owners to talk to. Parking is out back. Clean and cozy restaurant atmosphere. Highly recommend during your visit in Motueka!

New owners, had Pho noodles, spring rolls, carrot cake and it was remarkable good. Noodles were light and tasty and the carrot cake was out of control; moist, hints of lime. Will be my go to cafe from now on.❤️❤️👍
