For perspective, I’ve seen numerous dentists at this particular practice and had a ridiculous amount of dental work done. Today I had an appointment with Jacob, a dentist I’ve never seen before who is quite possibly also the youngest dentist I’ve had. I cannot fault his professionalism, knowledge, skills or empathy. However, it was his comprehensiveness when it came to explaining the situation he was assessing, possible outcomes, actual outcomes and future circumstances that led me to leave this review.
