Went to Farmers in Richmond. Vision impaired so was having trouble finding what I wanted. about to walk out when an assistant asked how I was. She then went on to help me find what I wanted, made sure it fit properly and checked if it was what I wanted. Brilliant above and beyond service. Thank you for making a difficult task easier.

Great service and pre Christmas special was on and good stock levels of women's summer dresses(not for me) as wife said hardly any left in other stores rate well for availability and stock and Christmas service was good it was 21 December so it is as good as it gets then
