3pm 1/8/20. Girl took our order an told the 3 girls in the prep area our order, we stood there watching them talk an laugh for next 4 minutes until I asked if someone was going to make our coffee to which we good a very snappy yeaaah waited another couple minutes till one of them finally moved over an made our coffees. Absolutely disgusting service an behavior, they should be ashamed!!!! Update.... Owner contacted us with full apology and wanted to know more info etc and took action with staff involved. Offered us coffees etc and have returned to be regular customers, exceptional coffee and service everytine we go, awesome owners and staff that are currently working there 5star

A very standard operation in a very central part of the shopping area and handy location in the air conditioned mall. Friendly staff, good service, and a broad range of lightweight snacks and small meals available. Unlimited high speed wifi from a number of nearby major providers. Free parking nearby.

Nice coffee, friendly staff. Usually pop in here for a brew when I’m in Richmond

Great coffee. Ham n cheese croissant was delicious. Unsure if vegan wrap had vegan cheese but tasted fine. Yummy macaron and muffin. 👍

We stopped for a coffee as we had a bit of time to spare. Service was quick and friendly, despite the fact they were pretty busy. Very tasty, hot coffee! Better than the average on offer elsewhere. Friendly patrons, too. We got into conversation with people at the neighbouring table very quickly. We did not have any food, but the range in the cabinet was eye-catching and varied. Easy wheelchair access. Worth a visit.
