This place is probably by favourite Backpackers I've stayed, the energy just feels great here and it felt like family even only after a short week. Noddy and Lianne are absolute legends and really care about the guests - they helped me out with letting me leave my bag overnight as I travelled to Wharariki beach and even double checked with me it was okay a guy was to share the dorm room with me. The backpackers has all the facilities you need and also bikes you can borrow! Thank you Lianne and Noddy!!

I stayed at the hostel for the whole summer last year and loved it so much that I had to come back again this summer. It is a beautiful place to stay for a few nights and also long term. The owners are so kind and really care about us people staying there. I don‘t get the bad reviews, just stick to the rules and you will have a great time here. Much love to Lianne and Noddy!!

I really enjoy staying at this backpackers. i was here last year and came back this year because it is great location and owners are cool and chill. you can park your van, stay in a tent, or in the 2 caravans or dorm rooms which is good with selection.

Nice hostel, centrally located and the possibility to stay in a tent, own campervan, dorm-room, private room and 2 caravans, which are provided by the hostel. The hostel owners are very friendly and enjoy spending time with their guests. I can definitely recommend a stay at this hostel. Many thanks to Lianne and Noddy for the lovely time!

Stayed here over the Christmas and new years period. Luanne and noddy were great hosts, even putting on a feed for everyone on New Year’s Day. The hostel is clean, comfortable and spacious with a good family vibe. I really enjoyed my time here and will visit again the next time I am here
