Grace responded to a text quickly and came in shortly after on her first day off at the start of her holidays. Just to round off a sharp broken filling because I found it painful! I've found Grace caring and responsive. She seemed to be busy and dedicated, working round the clock meeting the needs of the local community on her own.

The service was friendly and professional. Grace explained the pros and cons of both treatment options and then fully explained what she was doing throughout the procedure which she went out of her way to ensure was as painless as possible. I've never been a fan of visiting the dentist but would totally recommend Grace and the team at Golden Bay Dental.

Grace and her assistant were lovely. I'm terrified of going to the dentist and desperately needed a filling. From the phone call to reception (Nicki I think) to Grace and her assistant, they were friendly, calming and professional. Great team and great service. Sorry for being a nervous client.
