Had an amazing stay at Hang Dog Campsite! The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely made the experience even better. The facilities are fairly basic but do the job, and everything was reasonably clean and well maintained. The vibe here is awesome—super relaxed and friendly, especially if you’re into climbing. Being so close to the crag is a huge bonus and makes it really convenient to get on the rock early. Overall, a great spot with good energy. Would definitely stay again!

I had the most amazing time here, if you are a climber you need to visit this campsite. There is an amazing community here and the managers really do a beautiful job to keep that community alive. And the crag is just around the corner! Besides the crag there are also two very lovely swimming holes nearby, one with a very fun rope swing :) The campsite has everything you need, a free cold shower ($2 for a hot shower), a place to charge your phone, a fridge and a sheltered place to cook (need to bring your own cooking equipment), there's also a firepit and a wood oven for pizza! After 4 weeks i really didn't want to leave this place behind, thank you HangDog for the amazing time! <3

Amazing climbers’ camp, super close to the crag – you can’t ask for a better location. The people running the place are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and create a really nice vibe. Great atmosphere, excellent equipment, and everything feels thought out for climbers. You instantly feel comfortable and part of the community. 100% recommended, I’d definitely come back!
