A stressfree experience. After engaging Harcourts to sell my farm the team moved quickly to get the paperwork done and with photos taken we were able to go to market in a timely manner. They let me know weekly by email & phone conversations how many viewings there had been & how they felt those viewings went. As it was a tender process they handled everything for me in a professional way that let me be able to carry on with my normal jobs knowing that they had it all under control. I chose Harcourts as I know their knowledge of the rural sector is very good & they have a well earned reputation in this area.

Responsive, positive and professional. Although we engaged Toby to sell our house, from day 1 Elisha was introduced as part of the sales team. Toby and Elisha make a great team. They compliment each other, and the combination of their respective skills meant that nothing was omitted from sales process. Toby kept us informed with weekly updates and fair warning was given when ever they had a new viewing for us. The final negotiation process Toby demonstrated a very professional approach and rather than just push the sale through he worked hard to get us the best possible price. Thanks Toby and Elisha.

Sophie is a great Communicator, Informative, and Helpful. Sophie was great to deal with. She would explain things clearly and easily for me. Was happy to sit and constructively discuss my views in relation to the property. I felt heard and understood. She empathized with the stress I was feeling with the sale and kept in contact as much as possible to keep my fears from spiking. I am so appreciative of her.

Friendly and easy to communicate with. Very professional in all her interactions with us. We chose Amy and her husband Nate to sell our house for us for several reasons. They had previously sold our neighbours house and during that time we had often chatted to them. When we decided to sell, they were the first agents we thought of.
