Höglund Art Glass Studio & Gallery is a family-run glassblowing studio and gallery at 52 Lansdowne Road, Appleby, a short drive from Richmond. Run by Ola with son Ossian and daughter-in-law Annabel, the team blows glass most days using techniques such as Ariel, Graal, Incalmo and Sommerso. The gallery displays handcrafted glass art and glass jewellery, with a video demonstration on loop.

What a wonderful place! We went for the glass-blowing display, and left with some beautiful glass souvenirs. Everyone at this family-owned business was kind and knowledgeable, and shared their love for the craft with enthusiasm. This is an absolute must-see!

Such a pleasure to visit this gallery and workshop. The artist was very personable and happy to share the process for making some of the beautiful glass art on display. I couldn't leave without a souvenir!!! Do yourself a favour and visit!
