Exceptional Service and Support from JG Rackets I’ve been searching for a specific pair of squash shoes for months, and after extensive research, I finally decided on the exact model I wanted. Unfortunately, none of the retailers I found had my size in stock. Just before settling for a smaller size, I reached out to John from JG Rackets via WhatsApp to ask about Asics sizing - especially since I live in a small town with no stores nearby to try them on. What stood out immediately was the promise on their website that I’d be chatting with a real person, not a bot. Even though it was after hours, John responded within the hour. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. Once I told him which shoe I was after, he let me know that my size was actually due to arrive in the next few days, and he even updated the website right then to reflect the incoming stock. As a first-time customer, I had signed up for their newsletter and was eligible for a discount, but the website wasn’t applying it correctly. John quickly sent me a manual invoice with the updated price and a link to complete the purchase online. I was still a bit unsure about sizing, but John reassured me that if the shoes didn’t fit, they’d do a free size swap. That level of service gave me complete confidence in buying online. Spoke with John, he was proactive, extremely knowledgeable, gave fantastic advice and really generous with his time on the phone. As beginners he guided us to get the best product. I looked for tennis rackets in the central shopping areas of Nelson and Richmond for a while and found both the quality and range for sale substandard. I was unaware this store existed otherwise I would have searched here first, but it is there on the lower end of main street Richmond close to the Silky Otter movie theatre. Received exceptional guidance about which racket would suit my parameters and playing characteristics best and ended up buying a great racket for a great price here.
