Kākā Point Café operates inside the Kaiteriteri General Store beside Kaiteriteri Beach, serving coffee, freshly baked pastries, muffins, pies and sandwiches. The café sits where the Abel Tasman National Park boat departs directly out front, and its coffee window opens from 7.30am in summer alongside standard 8am to 4.15pm hours. It offers outdoor seating, takeaway and vegetarian options, and supports the #LOVEKAITERITERI reusable keep cup scheme to reduce landfill waste.
Cute cafe; we were able to charge our power banks at the outlets here. We also got a fruit ice cream for $6.50, boysenberry and mango, which was very tasty.

Excellent flat white. Grounds are weighed and served in bio cups. Walked across the road to drink leisurely by the water.

Great tasting coffee. Nice and strong (regular, double shot flat white). Lots of seating in the communal Kaiteriteri courtyard area.
