Kea Ridge Lodge

We (5 adults) stayed at Kea Ridge for 3 nights for some significant family birthdays and a getaway to the Tasman region and it was totally awesome! The lodge is in an epic location and is well set up with Living and dining upstairs and sleeping/resting downstairs. It was clean as and toasty warm with a great fireplace that heated the whole house easy as! There's plenty to do right there on the property and in the region as well. The view is amazing and the stars at night are exceptional. The driveway to the property is 'adventurous' but is ok for higher cars or 4wd/SUV vehicles. The kitchen is well set up for family dining and it was just a pleasure to stay there.

The view from this place alone is worth 5 stars! The comfortable amenities and friendly service made for a perfect stay and a real highlight of our trip to Aotearoa. The host's exceptional local knowledge meant we could make the most of our limted time in the area. Will definitely be recommending to people coming through the area.

This is a ‘one in a million’ location. The views are incredible. The house is superb and everything you could ever want. We loved our stay here and hope to come back. Mark was a great host and very responsive, and helpful with suggestion for things to do.

It was a perfect stay in here. We spend all day in the house, enjoyed the hot tub and view. Mark is a very high energy host , you can also feel the energy from this house—the eco system, nice scent and most important , the location. You will be able to surrounded by the mountain and far see the Nelson port. It’s a good place to rest for your body and soul. 💕💕 Thank you mark, we will be back 😁
