The owner has done a seriously great job on designing and dressing the rooms. It’s the little things that make this perfect retreat so good. The usb outlet in the bedside lamp, the stool by the shower, the hearty welcome and the tranquility of the location. Thank you

Upon our arrival at Maras Bed and Breakfast in Ruby Bay, we received an incredibly warm welcome. From the very beginning, we were captivated by the beautiful, diverse garden. Although our room was not particularly large, it was very well equipped, furnished with new furniture and, above all, extremely clean. Nicky and Jim were always there when we had any questions and were able to give us valuable tips with specific travel recommendations. We also had some very interesting and entertaining conversations.You can tell immediately that Nicky and Jim really enjoy having guests and you feel their warmth right from the start.

Beautiful stay. Jim and Nicky have done a lovely job with the gardens. The place felt so tranquil, even though we were a stone’s throw from the main road; a little oasis. Great room - generous space. Awesome shower! Lovely breakfast with homemade bread. Would highly recommend!

We overnighted & found Nicky a very welcoming & friendly host. Absolutely wonderful garden surrounds to enjoy. Breakfast consisting of muesli yoghurt fruit compote & buns was delicious. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities. Negatives were poor to none existent internet (may be one-off) exacerbated by limited cellular signal also some early morning noise from house upstairs.
