I was down in Nelson this last weekend, I stupidly left my meds at home( Hawke’s Bay) which I need to take twice daily for the rest of my life. I phoned my gp surgery ordered and paid for an emergency script to be sent to Mcglashen Pharmacy in Richmond, it never arrived. I was super stressed about this situation but true to form Andrew went above and beyond to help me out to which I am so thankful , we could enjoy our time there. To Andrew thank you so much you certainly go above and beyond. So thankful. Bronwyn and Jon Reuben

This pharmacy gives impeccable service and when you are starting a new medication they take the time to explain what it does and how it works and what the side effects are. Everyone gets treated with respect and all the staff are super friendly. I certainly won't be using any other pharmacy other than this one. Thank you

Andrew and the team are consistently professional and thorough. They're thoughtful and proactive service makes it a no-brainer when you are stung on the lip and need some immediate antihistamine. Good humour and great staff. Keep it up. I highly recommend Mcglashens Pharmacy.
