More expensive than online but you're paying for the service, these guys help out and when something breaks or doesn't work it gets replaced and they mostly know their stuff

Ordered an item online, easy to get to location just off motorway, service was slow with just one staff member at the counter with a customer ordering something, straightforward click and collect when the staff member became available

I had a great experience at the Richmond Noel Leeming today. My daughter's laptop that I had purchased for school wasn't starting correctly, took it in and the lovely man that helped us was amazing!! Unfortunately I didn't catch his name when he rang me to go pick it up he was so kind, helpful and fixed it. Happy customers. He will know who I am talking about. Thank you.
