Oxford Court Motel

Remember, this is one of the CHEAPEST Motels in Richmond! Ok, it's on a busy road, so it's a little noisy, but it's easy to access. Yes, the decor and rooms are a little dated and well worn, but that's because it's popular and affordable. But.... it is, - CLEAN - COMFORTABLE (really nice beds) - FULLY EQUIPPED (kitchen included) - FRIENDLY (owner operated, late check-ins, ie 10pm etc are not a problem) - POOL (nice fenced pool, keeps the kids quiet, plus its accessible until 10pm!) LAUNDRY (rare to see these days) Would definitely stay again, the owners are SUPERB to deal with ! 😊

Caution if you have special needs child. Ask for a baby gate. The motel owners are great.

Clean, affordable, excellent customer service! Came to Nelson from Great Barrier island and thought I yad a pkace to stay. Unfortunately, my son and myself found ourselves without anywhere to stay. Thankfully, the guy who runs this place replied to my online enquiry when no one else would. We secured a room here for 3 nights and have been very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good and affordable accommodation in Nelson.

Very nice, owners were great and had an awesome chat. Rooms are a little dated but for what you pay it was really nice. Only downside were some of the people staying there, didn't cause any trouble to myself but a lot of yelling

Nice room comfy bed nxt to main road but don't really notice the noise. Shuttle service available great drivers well worth the money would come back
