Pā Tōrea Beach Stay

We stayed in the amazing yurt for two nights and had a great time. It was so spacious and comfortable. The yurt was very cozy and the duvet kept us nice and warm during the night. We loved the outdoor shower and used it a couple of times. And long walks along the beach were great.

I absolutely loved my stay at Pā Tōrea (yurt) in Golden Bay. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea was so calming, and a morning walk along the beach was the perfect way to begin the day. The yurt was very well equipped and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely touches like chocolate, fresh feijoa, and a delicious healthy gluten-free breakfast. It was such a restful and restorative place to stay - a perfect retreat. I would happily return.

We stayed four nights and had an amazing time! The yurt is comfortable and well equipped, the location is stunning and the beach was completely deserted, and the hosts were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re planning on visiting the area!
