I sincerely appreciate Glendon's kindness. When our rental car had a flat tire, he didn't charge us for the repairs, but instead spoke directly with the rental company and helped us resolve everything. We were able to change our rental car at Nelson Airport. We were about to have a hard time in a place where Koreans didn't speak the language, but thanks to Glendon, everything was resolved smoothly.
