What a great stay! Things started off badly however as I thought I was booking directly to the hotel who completely ripped me off. With thanks to the gentlemen handling bookings at QSS, I was able to get my money back & then booked directly so happy day's. The room was very large, I was expecting it to be smal as the word studio in the name, however the opposite was true. The cleanliness was spot on, couldn't fault anything. Great bathroom, fresh plunger coffee each day & a desk in the room with great wifi, made working from the room easy. I ended up extending my stay to 3 nights. I've stayed at all the motels I think in Richmond but with QSS, I've finally found somewhere I enjoyed staying. I recommend the Thai restaurant that's connected to the building, the food & service was wonderful. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure the courtyard water feature is turned off each evening so I don't think it's pouring with rain like I did on the first night...

Much better than expected. Huge room and kitchenette. The location is a bit odd, very commercial but many restaurants nearby.

Lovely place to stay,thanks to the staff for accommodating me urgently for a few nights and were so Lovely,the rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean,right in the heart of richmond township so close to shops and restaurants etc,100 percent recommended this place :)

Rooms are modern and bathrooms are too. Great service by the staff and rooms were serviced every single day we were there which was during 10 days over new years. Location is awesome. Right in the middle of Richmond town centre with some 30 restaurants and cafes within a 150 metre walk including 2 restaurants on site.

Stayed here a couple of times over the past few years. Though my room was in the darker end under the above stairs, it was clean, tidy and warm. All the amenities were included, and the room was spotless on my daily return. Close to restaurants and walking distance to various shops and my venue. Lovely place. Will return
