Wow, everything we have to say about Kate Benson is positive. From our early engagement, through the period of the rental Kate was fantastic. She was responsive to our tenants and also kept us informed along the way. Kate even helped out after the rental was finished by helping our flooring crew get entry to the house before we moved in. Kate knew all the right tradespeople or handymen when there was a very occasional issue which she got fixed straight away.
