I went to get a quote to change the starter motor of my car, because another mechanic told me it was failing. When I arrived, Brad was very kind. He checked the car and confirmed it was just the battery. So, the repair was simpler and cheaper than what I was told before. Brad was friendly, answered my questions, and helped me right away so I wouldn't get stranded.

Detailed and Heartfelt (Best for highlighting the savings and service) I had a fantastic experience with the team at Richmond Exhaust & Radiator Specialists! I went in thinking I would need to spend $1,000 to replace the EGR tube on my Mitsubishi Pajero, but the team managed to weld and repair it in just two hours. Not only did they save me a lot of money, but the service was above and beyond—the lovely lady at reception even gave me a courtesy car so I didn't have to wait around.
