Richmond Motel and Holiday Park

This was an amazing room for the price! And I'll be forever grateful that they squeezed me, and my son, in at very short notice! It was a studio, and met our needs. I was impressed with the modern gully kitchen; and that the loo was separated from the bathroom. Also, I had booked my other son to stay, as a back-up: he was meant to be staying with the bridal party, but I wasn't sure if that would work out. It did; and I was reimbursed for that! So, the owners were amazing. And the location was absolutely perfect! I hope to stay again. Thank you!!

Staff are helpful and friendly. Stayed overnight at one of their powered sites with our campervan. Facilties are nice. Just make sure that you bring coins if you'll use their washing machines + dryers as well as the common showers. 😊

We stayed in a one bedroom converted container unit. It was lovely very clean and comfortable and warm. Coffee and teas provided as well as sugar and hot chocolate. We paid $120pn which was pretty reasonable. Very convenient area easy to get to walking or driving. Very friendly staff.

We spend there 4 nights in the end of 2024. Excellent location. Very good price. Staff friendly, and the place was very clean we liked it. The unit were we stayed was nice, comfortable, and they had place to park just in front of our place, now it is our favourite place to stay in Nelson. Highly recommended. Thanks!!

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect and clean! We were supposed to stay just one night with the van, but after a problem with the van at the mechanic, the guy at the reception was so nice and give us a room last minute with a small discount as well and change what was until that moment an horrible day! Highly recommended!!
